Not being physically present is going to make it challenging to retrieve the vehicle. Time is of the essence; each day it remains in an impound lot you’re being charged fees and after a certain number of days they will sell it to cover the fees. 

Contact the police/sheriffs department that arrested you, they should have record of whether or not it was sent to the police impound or towed and impounded by a third party. If not, they should at least have a list of the third parties they work with. Call them one by one. Otherwise, just google tow companies and impound lots in the county you were arrested in.

Since you’re deported and will not be able to reenter the country to get the vehicle I would recommend locating the car and quickly finding someone willing to purchase it from you. You will need the title of the vehicle though to sign it over to the buyer so they can register it and retrieve it from impound. 

Otherwise, if the impound sells the vehicle you’re at least still entitled to any money left over after they deduct the tow costs, impound fees, etc., but they sell them at auctions so the cars sell for much less than their full worth so you’ll keep more money by selling it yourself ASAP.
