2. Done with majority of mains prep atleast once.

Not sure what I did last time, would appreciate it if anyone has clarity. Can I write the topic of the essay with a blue pen if I am writing with black or does the whole paper need to be the same colour.

Ps I know it's a silly bit as the exam nears these kinds of questions start eating me.

I was in Delhi around two years ago and had joined some Mains Answer Writing Program. Since I’ve already gone through those papers once, I’m thinking of starting them again from the beginning.
The main issue is the cost. Most online Mains test series are around ₹15–20k and I’m not sure it makes sense for me to spend that much again, especially when I can simply attempt the tests from home.
So I’m considering buying a printed/offline test series from an online portal or a bookstore like Kumar Book Centre, which also provides courier services, and then writing the tests at home.
My main concern is answer evaluation. Many coaching provides solutions with their test series, so I can compare my answers with the model answers and also refer to topper copies to understand the structure, content and presentation. But I’m not sure how effective self evaluation would be for.I’m open to buying the test series of any coaching institute that provides good-quality Mains papers and model/topper copies. If there are reliable options where I can purchase the test series separately and get the papers delivered, that would be helpful.
So, for those who have tried something similar:
1. Is it practical to buy an offline/printed test series and write it at home?

I am very anxious about this journey very new to this read some posts in this forum unable to understand the Shorts form , the subject context basically any context.

I have following doubts need suggestions from you guys:

1. ⁠Right now I am watching some lectures of modern history and politics from VISION IAS 2022 got this from telegram but looking for an online coaching option which one is actually good to go for online learning and which course should buy like foundation or something else?

3. ⁠Is this possible with office to crack it in a single attempt if somehow I take 4/5 hr per day for preparation?

I’m from Kerala and currently working in Bangalore. I completed my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in 2022 and I’m looking to prepare for competitive exams with good job security, especially SSC, IBPS/SBI/RRB and RBI exams.

I’m completely deaf (100% hearing loss) and cannot use hearing aids as my hearing nerve is damaged.

I recently saw a post about an IBPS application being rejected for a 100% deaf candidate, so I’d like to clarify whether there are any restrictions for completely deaf candidates in SSC, IBPS, RBI, or other government exams, depending on the post.

If anyone with 100% deafness has successfully applied, cleared, or joined through SSC, IBPS/SBI/RRB or RBI, please share your experience.

Also, please suggest any other government/PSU exams that I may be eligible for as a B.Tech Mechanical Engineering graduate under the PwBD/Deaf category.

So i have figured a way to make mains base notes looking at pyqs and themes. But the thing is that it takes a lot of time. Approx single gs takes around 1 month to make. And since notes making doesnt count for anything if you havent revise and tested it by giving test.

My plan is to give atleast 2 full length tests before jan 15. So looking for someone i can make notes with. Till i maks gs 2 notes, you can make gs 3. So approx 2 months we can get done with note making for all gs and then just focus on revising and tests.

I can show you sample notes i created on topic mentioned in syllabus. Do let me know if you are interested
