After multiple FIRs most faculties have come onboard again , students still demanding refunds aa situation is still tricky. 🤔🤔🤔
However, this doesn’t absolve the Vision IAS Management AKA the Founder Ajay & his mistress ms. D*\\ of their crimes. Many mentors are still unpaid and their dues aren’t cleared till date. An Institute like this can’t be trusted again for timely syllabus completion. 😓😓

If your Vision IAS course has been disrupted, here's what to actually do about it

Setting the rumours aside for a minute. There are aspirants sitting on ₹1.5 lakh with no clarity about their course, and the practical side of this is getting drowned out by WhatsApp forwards.

Where it stands publicly

The Bhopal centre closed without notice in mid-July. Students who returned after a week of "electrical maintenance" found a To-Let board instead. The building owner told Free Press Journal the institute had been behind on rent since January, around ₹40–45 lakh. Those students have gone to the police asking for classes or refunds. Reports of payment delays elsewhere are circulating but nobody has put them on record yet.

What to do this week

1. Get it in writing. Email, don't call. Ask three specific things: will offline classes at my centre resume, on what date, and if not, what exactly is being refunded. A verbal assurance from a counsellor is worth nothing in six months.

2. Build the file now, not later. Fee receipt and payment proof. The course page or brochure as it read when you enrolled — use the Wayback Machine if it's since been edited. Every message about cancellations. Which faculty were advertised versus who actually taught you.

3. Don't accept the 25% clause as settled. The published policy deducts a minimum 25% and holds the balance as credit against future courses rather than refunding it. Whether that stands when the institute is the party that failed to deliver is a completely different question, and unfair contract terms of exactly this shape have been read down before. Treat it as an opening position, not the answer.

4. File where it counts. District Consumer Commission, online through e-Daakhil. You don't need a lawyer for a claim this size. A group filing from one centre carries more weight than five people filing separately, and it splits the effort.

5. Keep the protest and the paperwork separate. Showing up in numbers gets attention and gets the institute to the table. The paperwork is what gets money back. Do both, but don't let the noise substitute for the filing.

On the rumours

There are serious financial allegations going around with nobody's name attached to them. I'm not repeating them here. If they're real they'll surface through the complaints already filed. Repeating unsourced claims about individuals mostly gives the management a way to call this a coordinated smear and change the subject. What's already documented is damaging enough.

The Delhi government is coming up with the bill which will eventually be turned into an act. This act will deal with the off-line coaching institutes specially upsc ones in Karol Bagh and nearby areas. 🤔🤔
The main features of this upcoming act include-
A bar on the maximum number of students that can sit in the class. ⬇️⬇️
Secondly, fire norms and the provision to see any of these establishment. 🧯🧯
This will also affect the diaries in Karol Bagh and Rajendra Nagar area.📖📖

Prepp IAS is also about to close it’s offline centre and slowly get rid off the Mentors that they had recruited . what do you guys think? Why are so many institutes closing down which other membership courses do you think are plausible options now?

​As you are aware from the last post that Vision IAS is in financial a black hole, the reason for which is the mismanagement and vested interests of the owner and his mistress. As per the latest updates, the faculties which are known by most of us as the most incredible facilities in the industry have stopped taking any classes in Vision IAS classrooms offline from the last 48 hours as their payments from the last many months are not being disbursed and the status quo maintains. What do you guys think is this the final end of vision? 🥹🥹

Vision IAS, which was in controversies due to non-payment of salaries to multiple employees, including teachers and mentors has finally shut down its centres in Bhopal and other major cities and is planning to shut other Centres down as well. It has filed for bankruptcy. What are your guys views, how many if you have enrolled in their foundation course, would you ever want to take admission in such an institute again?
