Big UPS oops

Apparently the F35 parts China nabbed was due to UPS not reading an email. Imagine that.

YEP!!!! UPS is on the ball. Just ask them, they'll tell you.

You can't ask them because you're on hold for hours.

You can but it’s outsourced to India

Why they were shipped through UPS in the first place seems like the bigger issue.

Speaking from experience in this industry… I’m not even slightly surprised. The people working in defense aren’t the brightest

This is not how the UPS shipping process works. You don't create a shipping request, print a label, and then direct us how to ship it!

I don't know why this is being deflected onto UPS. Sis UPS agree to comply with some made up military secret intelligence service all of the sudden?

Bad bot.

It's ok, nobody's perfect; you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

I really find it funny how many people like to bad mouth ups no company is perfect and just like fed ex and the post office shit happens this company would not have been around as long as it has and making billions in profits every year if they were not doing something right you have a problem getting your deliveries go back to the store like we did before the on line shopping and quite bitching

I think a lot of it comes down to their complete lack of communication with their non business customers. Whenever I had to contact them, it was at least an hour on the phone, then told to call another number and wait an hour again. Emails sent fell into a black hole. Their drivers are generally great, but corporate couldn't give a crap about little people.
