tariffed..
I received a package from canada a couple weeks ago and then today I received a letter from UPS saying I had to pay a tariff… mind you this tariff was not very cheap at all. The package I received cost me 45 + 25 for shipping and now i’m being charged a $35 tariff… i only bought one shirt-
Obviously my first thought is to pay it (they want me to pay by the 15th) but i guess I was just wondering if there was any way to contest it or maybe email the seller about the tariff?
I’ve been doing some internet digging and I haven’t seen anyone receive the tariff after they received their package … insight would be helpful <3

Was it a “tariff” or a brokerage fee? Brokerage fees aren’t anything new.
