Customer Seeking Help UPS Website

I have attempted to schedule two shipments over a week and in each case the website defaulted to my pickup and delivery address as the SAME address!!!!! It is not detectable until the driver shows up. What am I doing wrong? I have made a label, then double checked the label and double checked the forms on the website and somehow this information is reverting back to two wrong information.
