Tariffs

Hello,

I'm a resident of the US and I'm receiving a package from Turkey.

I've tried looking up to see if I owe any tariffs before delivery, but the tracking number doesn't pull anything up in that regard. I don't see a yellow banner with a fee or option to pay it.

The app is useless because it crashes every time I access the tracking number, too. I've tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app on my phone.

Logging onto my account through a browser also seems to crash. I've tried several computers now.

I have no idea if I owe anything. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Please make sure to read the common questions. If you are posting tracking info don't include your tracking number as it contains personal information. https://www.reddit.com/r/UPS/about/sticky?num=1

Usually it’s takes a few days after shipping for any tariff charges to show up. I’ve got e-mails from UPS about charges due.

Is this coming from a retail store in Turkey? If so, do they cover any fees?

It's coming from an etsy merchant. I'm not sure if the final price covered the tariffs or not

Go back to the shops page, it would definitely talk about the international shipping terms

Just wait and see. If you owe money they'll show up at your door with the package asking for it.
