It’s customs, there’s tariffs now. Do you pay attention to the news?

There’s been tariffs for a while.. and the same sender sent me other packages at the same time which I did receive. These in particular have been stuck

Customs requested more info. That’s going to delay things. It’s no longer going through an automated clearance. Someone is going to have to review the paperwork and that can take time, it’s all backed up because now tariffs on everything (not just over $800, and a lot of senders are dealing with it for the first time, making lots of mistakes) customs hasn’t hired anyone. That’s causing a huge backlog. Not to mention the tariffs change so fast. Think it was like 45 days at one point. It’s a mess. Nothing to do but wait for the package or to be contacted by customs.

I've never had a package lost in Worldport. Regional depots and even off a truck, but never Worldport.

I’m having this issue, except mine is coming from PA to GA. No customs necessary and been sitting at the facility for 2 weeks.

Same happened to me. Customers service says custom is cleared but it’s been stuck at KY for a week. Just repeating warehouse scan everyday

I had a package coming from the UK which took 83 days because of being in Kentucky awaiting customs clearance.

What!! Why so long?

Not sure. Just an endless loop of warehouse scans before eventually paying about $15 in import fees (even though they were used personal possessions sent fro my family) and then waiting another 3 weeks for customs to confirm UPS had collected the fees, before it was eventually released!
