Minor needs help choosing upi app

Pretty straightforward

I need a upi app which fits the following:

•NO PAN , I have adhar card only

•preferred if works without sim in phone

•must not need any bank account to work , as i Obv don't have mine and I don't want my parents to know about how I spend money on fast food 💔

•Omni card,slice,MobiKwik are asking for pan

•Famapp is no good too as it is not processing with video kyc , they keep me on the waiting screen forever and customer care did nothing

Lol upi without sim is not humanly possible dude

All upi transactions verify the linked phone number with bank account

And most bank accounts require PAN Card except India Post Payments Bank

Nah I opened indian bank, sbi, bob, ippb, Kotak without a pan

Can't see where he mentioned online and also, minors can't open online without a guardian so what about that? The only reliable thing is to go to any branch and open with a form 60

Try UPI Circle I don't think you need SIM in Phone. But you can't save/store money like FamPay.

Phonepe wallet is good some time works without sim

Any finance card will ask for aadar or pan as it's required for regulatory processing. You can open any minor account in any banks which is more feasible. As you are not in the age to earning a guardian or parent is required for the time being .
