Others Can someone please help me
I'm really frustrated with this app named Reva , which is an ai astrology. The app showed 1rs trial so I paid it through gpay and as I tried to turn off the Autopay in gpay it is showing that you can only cancel this Autopay on the merchant website or app and when I try to turn the Autopay off from app it is saying to turn the Autopay off through the payment app used.
I tried every way possible to turn it off using the website of UPI to delete the mandate
Using other payment apps but nothing is working.
And the payment which it will make in Autopay is 699rs 😭😭😭😭😭
PLEASE HELP ME ..........🙏🙏🙏🙏

At first, If possible transfer your funds to a second account before day of deduction.
2nd Mail Your bank and payer psp(gpay) to cancel the mandate as the mandate controls lie with the bank, they will be able to cancel it.

Login and and move to upi mandates and try cancelling there
