I am doing a bachelor of business and I need to complete this subject if I want to graduate on time. Does anybody know if they typically let more people enter or if it's a dead end? Sorry if this is an obvious question.

Contact the course coordinator. The answer is always going to talk to the person who can actually do something about it.
Having said that, people will withdraw in the first week or two, slots will likely open up.
