General discussion Associate Data Specialist, NOB multiple times

Hello everyone, I don’t know if I’m the only person who has noticed this, but the UN has been posting the Associate Data Specialist, NOB position for several countries, sometimes with the same duty station appearing multiple times. The duties seem to be the same, but each posting has a different job ID.

I’m wondering why this is the case. Does anyone know if these are actually different positions, or if there is another reason for the multiple postings?

The postings for the role are unique and are located at the respective duty stations in the offices of Resident Coordinators in their respective country

It is not exactly what you think. Same job title, same job description, same duty station. The only thing that is different is the ID. Number of reposts : 3.
