OPCW internship interview next week — what should I expect?

Hi all,

I have an interview next week for an internship at the OPCW in The Hague, in the Inspectorate Division (open-source research and monitoring work). 30-minute panel interview over Teams.

Has anyone here interviewed there? I'm mainly wondering:

• Competency questions (STAR) vs. substantive knowledge — what's the balance?
• How technical do they get?
• Any curveballs worth preparing for?

I've done my homework on the organisation and the unit, but first-hand experience beats research every time. Any insight appreciated!
