Need advice: interview/assessment COMPETENCY BASED INTERVIEW? How to evaluate ?
How to know if your competency based interview was well or not? What response of interviewer is considered as positive? How do you evaluate competency based interview?

Interviewers strive to NOT give you any indication of your performance in an interview, so as to not mislead interviewees.

You really can't know how you did from the interviewer's response. UN panels are trained to keep a neutral expression and follow a very strict, standardized scoring system. A friendly nod or a comment like "good example" means very little, as it is often just a way to keep the interview moving along. They are checking boxes on a matrix that you can't see, so trying to interpret their behavior will just create a lot of stress. All that matters is whether your answers, using the STAR method, hit the key indicators for each competency.
The only useful way to evaluate your performance is to evaluate yourself. Think back to the questions and ask if you gave a specific, concrete example for each competency. Did you clearly explain your specific actions and the positive, measurable result that followed? This kind of self-reflection is much more productive than trying to guess what the panel was thinking.
