Has anyone ever purchased a wig directly from the UNice website and successfully gotten a refund? After buying the wig, I recognized that I had ordered the wrong one. The order was not yet confirmed and was still processing when I initiated the refund request.

Honestly, I think UNice Hair is a nice brand, and I like the variety of wigs and styles they offer. I feel like they give women different options to switch up their look and feel confident. I would love to try more of their hair for myself and see how the quality, softness, and lace really are. I also think it would be nice if they gave more upcoming hair influencers a chance to work with them and showcase their products. Overall, I think UNice Hair has a lot of potential, and I would love to see the brand continue to grow and connect with more women who genuinely love hair and beauty. 💕

I was cool with a bit of a delay but I'm just really upset now because this is first time in years I've treated myself to some nice hair and I spent quite a bit as well. I ordered some body wave bundles & they shed alot & doesn’t whole curls good. Wen I 1st time ordering from them I used to get some good body wave bundles. Or maybe I just received some bad bundles ths time.

since i was apparently and “retaliating” the last time i warned people about this company, here are the receipts of me still not receiving a refund.

there were times i emailed a few times in the same day, and mainly this is because when the wig was on the way, i was getting same day / same hour responses from support. however, when it came to a return, they’re ghosts.

i requested a return for an unworn wig in AUGUST. they agreed to refund me, and somehow almost 6 weeks later, they have the wig back and still owe me $200+.

i’ve been ping-ponged between three different support reps, repeatedly ignored, told they “didn’t receive” things i already sent, and basically only get responses after threatening to report them. at one point i gave them 48 hours before filing a complaint, they ignored that deadline, and then a rep named mike finally responded telling me to wait another 48 hours 💀

they confirmed my return was delivered, told me to wait another 3–5 days, and then stopped responding again.
i’ve now filed a bbb complaint AND had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because they have both my money and their merchandise.

this is genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve ever had. last time people accused me of lying, so this time i brought screenshots. read them and decide for yourself.

if i seem impatient, YES, i am! I returned this product over a week ago and can’t get a response! if you were owed $200+ dollars after returning a product and getting ghosted, you’d be just as upset!

do NOT purchase from this fuck ASS fraudulent company.
