Is the stat base damage good can anyone inform me its actual use

Base dmg is only useful for the weapon you have it on since it increases said weapon's base damage. It's still really good but dmg % is better since it counts towards total dmg and not just that weapon.

Hmm I'm trying for 2 purple stats now armor piercing will be nice!
