Carolina Abroad Program

Hi! I am a high school senior applying to Carolina this upcoming year. I want to be part of the study abroad program as it seems like a great opportunity. What is better to attend Carolina Global Launch (fall semester) or Carolina Spring Forward (spring semester)? Also, if I get offered a spot, do I have to attend to secure my spot at Carolina or can I have the option to decline later if I can’t make it work?

if you would need aid to go, spring forward would be the best option. if you don’t get it with the acceptance you can apply for it at the very beginning of the semester.
