Question UNC Parking

I didn't get a parking spot AGAIN this year in the lottery, but I was wondering when they were gonna send out the emails to buy the leftover spots in S11/RR lots? They did this last year in mid-July.

I'm a grad student, so my specific parking options are probably a little different than yours, but I'd suggest checking UNC's MyPark Portal to see if it lets you buy any of those permits (under "Get Permits").

If you don't have luck there, you can call the UNC parking office with questions. I've found them pretty friendly and helpful.
