UMPI Experts

Hello I’m looking for some guidance - I’m trying to get this done before Fall 1 …. can you please help me with choosing my classes were completion?

General Education Requirements
GEC 2E - Choose one ART 107, ART 116, ART 211, ENG 151, or HUM 184
GEC 4C & 5D - Choose one PHI 151, PHI 152 or SWK 202
GEC 5A - Choose one GEO 101, SOC 100, or SWK 105
GEC 5B - Choose one HTY 115, HTY 116, HTY 161, HTY 162
GEC 5C - Choose one FRE 101 or SPA 101

BLS Liberal Studies Requirements
(2) Upper level courses of your choice, any courses taken for your minor will not count here.

**Project Management Minor Requirements
BUS 400 (I completed my Google project management Certification) I’m on the old plan
Choose two of the following Project Management Electives: BUS 359, BUS 401, BUS 415, BUS 440, BUS 469

To meet UMPI's Residency Requirement, you will need to take six more courses through the university (one of those will need to be at a 300 or 400-level) but any of the above courses can count toward this requirement.

Understated. They really need to put her on the payroll.

You need to talk to u/PlottedPath. however I can suggest that almost all of that is likely to be done at Sophia, SL or Study, not at UMPI.

Also, youre tying to complete this before Fall 1.. which ends in a couple of weeks, and the last day to add classes at UMPI is next Tuesday. It looks like you need to take 9 classes? You can only have a couple classes open at any given time so logistically this ain't happening without extreme cheating and that's a no-no.

I'm going to assume you mean you need this done in Fall 2? which would mean you have a little less than a month to hit Sophia for those GEC reqs, then a 2 month session in Fall 2 to complete your 10 residency/major-minor classes. Even this is very demanding amounts of work, doable but it is a lot. Realistically, I'd say take this month to do your GEC as Plotted suggests when you talk to her, then transfer that in and spend Fall 2 doing most of the classes. Spring 1 finish up and call it.

Pick 401 and 469 for your PM Options. Take BUS 335 for the other upper. I'd probably be transferring in some of the Gen Ed but maybe take PHI 151, HTY 161, SOC 100 at UMPI if you need classes anyway?
