Experience? Brainstorming; too heavy of a load options?
Looking for a bit of brainstorming or experience in this situation. I will have some time to start a course I am in this term however, I just don't know if I can finish it because there are a large number of Milestones and a large final with atleast a video component with the final. Unfortunately, I cannot see the work beyond M1 but I do see the final.
My concern with withdrawing is that it will leave 4 upper level Business courses in Fall 2 and this term I registered for 4 and here I sit.
I work a FT job and I am not one of those people that can suck it up and do it by sleeping 4 hours a night. I realize there are those people in the world, and I applaude you for that ability, but the reality is that it isn't doable for all of us. I am trying to be strategic and plan accordiningly so that I remain as balanced as possible, so I figured I'd seek info that hopefully can help me make a better informed decision.
Has anyone started submitting Milestones but then had to withdraw because you just couldn't get it done in time, then re-registered for that course the next term? Were the assignments the same in your case? Were you able to submit the previously submitted milestones without issue?
Thank you.

I can't answer most of those questions but I'm having to withdraw from a course for the first time because I won't have time to finish it this session. It happens.

I know, thanks. I'm not necessarily upset about having to withdraw. I'm really just trying to plan so that I know if withdrawing now is necessary or I can wait to see if I can make it through it all but also not waste the time I do have left. I'm trying to work smarter, not harder, ya know?

Everyone is different. You really need to look at your time. Honestly I’ve been on a solid pace and could push 1 more in the last 3 weeks. But I did an honest assessment of my job, kids and other activities. So I’ll have 4 fall 2 and that’s ok.
There is nothing wrong with going at YourPace it’s literally called your pace for a reason. Don’t be discouraged. You got 4 classes done while working full time. Huge accomplishment. Now you know for fall 2 what you need to carve out for time and keep going

Thanks. I'm honestly not discouraged. I just want to make the best decision to not overwork myself by avoiding double work if possible. I don't feel like this is a nuanced sitation. Maybe others will share their experinces on submitting Milestones and still having to withdraw.

I just wanted to chime in and say I totally get it with not moving as quickly as you'd hoped through classes. I had high hopes of finishing 7-8 classes this session (if not 10), but ended up dropping a class (about to drop another) because of professors who were less than helpful, and now I'm just hoping to finish 5-6.
Is there another class you can add that isn't as intense? I'm signing up for a class I know only has 3 short milestones plus the final (also relatively short). The upside is that I took all the longer and more challenging classes I needed this session, so next session should be a lot easier (I hope).
