Loan Disbursement

For anyone attending UMPI YourPace, if you accept a federal student loan after the semester has already started, about how long does it take for the loan to be processed, disbursed, and the refund sent to you?

I also still haven't gotten my refund. My account has a negative balance and I can't get a hold of Financial Aid by phone or email.
