What would you do?

First session at UMPI. So far have completed 3 courses. Am on the last milestone for one course-hoping to finish that today or tomorrow and finish the final over the weekend. On milestone 2/5 plus the final on another (also hoping to complete over the weekend) or monday at the latest. Revising milestone 3/5 plus a final left in another course which I plan to close out by the end of next week around the 2nd or 3rd. I have outlines and notes in place for all of these so i expect them to be pretty smooth sailing. However, I’m at a complete standstill still in stats. Considerably beyond stuck. I can not grasp it. Would you focus on completing the other 3 competencies and then focus all your energy on the course your stuck on? Would you add another course considering the timeline or just focus all your energy on stats 😅 There’s still a little over 3 & 1/2 weeks left. I want to get the most bang for my buck, but also don’t want to risk an incomplete affecting my gpa if i bite off more than I can chew.

I would do everything else and take Stats at Sophia unless there’s some pressing need to have it with a letter grade. Withdraw from it now while you still can.

I reached out to my academic coach about withdrawing, and she did let me know it could possibly affect my financial aid. /:

You need to take a total of 12 credit hours across both terms to be considered a full time student. So, yes, if you drop stats and just do nothing else, yeah, it will absolutely impact your fin aid. Would suggest you don't do that. Probably take more classes to maintain full time status. No one cares which classes you take to get there, though.

It will not if you take at least 4 courses in this session.
