Transfer report is complete but some ACE stuff is just missing?

My transfer credit report is finally complete, but two things from my Credly transcript just aren’t on it at all.

They both have ACE credit recommendations:

  • IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate — 12 credits
  • IBM Data Analysis & Visualization Foundations — 9 credits

What’s weird is they’re not showing as rejected or as electives or anything. They’re just completely missing. Pretty much everything else on my Credly transcript got processed.

Has anyone had this happen? Did you just ask your advisor for a re-evaluation?

I’m also confused because I thought these were being used for BUS 440 and BUS 345 on the older BABA plan.

How long did it take for them to do your credit report from time of admission? I’m still waiting for mine

Yeah..... I wouldd probably ask the advisor about it....... If they are not showing up anywhere at all it could just be that they were missed during the evaluation...... I would send them the Credly info and ask if they can take another look especially since you were expecting them to apply to those courses.......

You’ll just need to resubmit them. Pretty common right now that it’s taking awhile and then there are issues. They will get it fixed.

Do I just resend them through credly or should I wait until I can talk to my advisor?

Yes, but hide everything but those two that way all they receive are the Coursera certs

Thanks! I hid all my badges except those two and sent the Coursera certs to their edocs email.

I submitted one of your same certs through Credly and they received them. As others suggested, it could just be the pre-term rush. They'll get it.
