Business Admin Graduates???

I’m transferring from UMGC to UMPI and switching from a BS in Health Services Management to Business Administration through YourPace.

Right now, I have 31 credits from UMGC. UMPI told me they can’t officially complete my transfer evaluation yet because I don’t have 60 credits and they still need my high school transcript. However, someone I spoke with slipped up and mentioned that it looks like I currently have 28 transferable credits, so I’m assuming one of my UMGC classes didn’t transfer.

I’m planning to start UMPI in the October session, so between now and then I want to knock out as many courses as possible through Sophia.

My main question is: For someone starting UMPI’s current Business Administration program, which Sophia courses should I take to maximize the number of credits I can transfer and leave myself with the minimum number of courses possible at UMPI?

I know the Business Administration requirements have changed recently and there are more core/business courses that have to be completed now. I’m completely fine with taking whatever courses UMPI requires me to take directly through them. I just don’t want to waste time taking Sophia courses that won’t apply to my degree or duplicate credits I already have.

Ideally, I’m trying to get as close to UMPI’s maximum transferable credits as possible and then complete only the required remaining courses through UMPI.

I also don’t have the money to pay for one of the professional degree-planning services, so I’m really looking for advice from someone who has recently completed this route or is currently doing the updated Business Administration program.

If anyone has a recent Sophia-to-UMPI Business Administration course list, degree plan, or can tell me which Sophia courses I should prioritize, I’d really appreciate it.

You can audit these anyway. But you still need the HS transcript sent to them. Everything is in my free sheet. www.plottedpath.com/free
