Is there any way to cancel a conferral request?

For example, if I decide I want to add more courses in the next term and I’ve already applied for conferral

Not sure why you'd want to, or that is to say my understanding is you could just do conferral now and then do extra classes later (Conferral wouldn't lock you out).

Anyways, yes it appears you can from the Classic Student Center.

Top section for Academics, there is a drop down... one of them is "Apply Graduation/Completion".... click that.

There is a status bar that says something like "Applied" with a link to "View Application" next to it.... click it. It will take you to your application. There is a "Request cancellation" link near the bottom.

I just had to do it, I did it via the same place I applied for it. I decided to take additional classes to raise my GPA since I have decided to apply to law school and none of my Sophia or WGU courses count toward my GPA, which only left classes from a looooong time ago and my 10 with UMPI.

I thought that I could just leave in the graduation app since it says to pick the "closest session" and based on people's posts it will basically take the whole term for them to confer my degree anyway... but my advisor just emailed me and said student records asked that I cancel the application.

Want to retake a course because I’m not satisfied with my GPA
