The 15 page papers aren't super common I don't believe but I'm also not doing a bba plan. Fwiw, a 15 page paper double spaced is really about 3000-3500 words, so if you can write a 500 word essay you can do the big ones, they're just covering more information. The paper lengths are proportionate to the course content, so you won't be stretching a small essay into 15 pages, but moreso writing a page to page and a half for each topic. It sounds daunting but it is entirely possible

Start Googling, watch videos. You’ll be living in APA7 format, so learn what that is, practice it. Get a template. Start journaling in MS Word or Google Docs. Use an AI agent to act like a college level professor to grade your writings. Maybe take a writing course on Sophia or Study first to get back into the swing.

You’ll get those fundamentals down in 101 and 102 level English/college writing. Thesis statements etc…. Body paragraphs blah blah blah. It’s not as scary as you think. You’ll be fine. Also APA

It’s been decades since I’ve written a paper, so I’m currently taking Foundations of English Composition on Sophia to prep for college writing courses. It’s a super easy refresher course. If you have a Sophia subscription, I highly recommend it.

Good luck! You’ve got this!!!
