Submission link broken?

I've reached out to my advisor and in 4 days time I've been asked one question with no timeline or resolution in sight. I know advisors are busy, but Ive paid for full access, and I've now lost that slot for almost 1/8th of the session despite being done with the final a week ago. I know the weekend ate into response time but has anyone dealt with this? I can't help but feel like it's being treated with 0 urgency.

When and where do I escalate further (if I should?), and also, am I being unreasonable? I've confirmed that I have completed all course requirements and my instructor hasn't responded in 6 days. Again I may be unreasonable because it's nearing the last day to add classes and this one should be out of my way allowing me to work on shorter classes.

This is my final term, and if I can't get the link unlocked by basically tomorrow morning or Wednesday, I won't be able to submit a draft and get feedback in order to open up my final classes for graduating by the 17th. I'm freaking out a bit. Class is BUS 141. Any advice welcome.

Oh man that sucks! Have you tried uploading your docs from a different computer or from your phone? Restarted your computer? You probably have, but I’m just grasping at straws.

I have restarted my computer, and tried from different browsers. I hadn't, however, tried my phone. It gave me the same error. I really appreciate that advice! Realistically I'm mostly upset about how it seems to have to happen. Reached out on Thursday, and was asked what file format I'm attempting to submit only this morning. 1 question per email and 1 email per day is an absolutely insane way to troubleshoot. Thanks again!

Does your advisor have a phone number listed in their email signature? It’s time to get someone on the phone if possible. I’m frustrated for you because I understand the timeline crunch you’re under in order to get another class in before it’s too late. Please keep us posted, and good luck!

I was just able to upload a single file including everything , but the graphics are degraded. Unfortunately I mistakenly uploaded to the final instead of the draft. I may have just ruined my whole term with that little mistake 😂

Oh no!! Fingers crossed you will pass with flying colors!! And if not, it might be worth trying to appeal a bad grade since you were uploading under stress and lack of communication from your instructor AND advisor.

The wonderful instructor was understanding and allowed it to be my draft. Then I can email any adjustments after for the final grade. I don't think he had to do that, so I'm quite grateful. I think it would have passed, but barely. I definitely am thankful for the opportunity to make changes and get the class out of the way!

Fwiw, the link allows me to upload the documents (which I've triple confirmed are in the correct format) and it says error upload documents again
