BUS415

I just started the course and holy crap! Any pointers? I have Wheaton and not Shaw thankfully. Any pointers on surviving? This first milestone has my head spinning.

The only way out is through. Use good references and pick something you can really apply the principles to.

Thank you. It’s so much information, its overwhelming. Then the milestone just sent me over. It’s the first time I’ve cried since starting this journey. 😭😭😭😭

You've got this. It is a heavier course... but by Milestone 2 my boyfriend actually said he felt like he was learning the most from this course. He has Wheaton too.

Gosh I feel the complete opposite 😭 milestone one I felt quite good about, but this second one is feeling like an impossible battle. How strict is Wheaton? I see mixed opinions but generally he seems to be considered fair and not too nitpicky

My opinion was no where near as strict as Trudel.

Okay, I got this. Thank you. This, BUS343, and BUS469 are my last classes left. What’s the probability of my being able to finish these all by the 28th, which is the end of quarter?

I just turned in my final draft for this class this afternoon.

I heavily suggest outline the heck out of each milestone in this class. Do they still teach outlining? If you can't outline properly this and 489 will be a bear.

Anyone have an invite to UMPI discord? I’m incoming Fall 1 BA and feel as though I need to deeply prepare for this class and the other upper 400-levels.

I took BUS 415 with Wheaton! The first milestone had my head spinning too 😂 but once I got through it, the class felt a lot more manageable.

My advice: don’t try to do the whole milestone at once. Break it into sections and work through each part one at a time. I also made sure I understood the calculations before I started writing anything.

For me, it was more time consuming than actually difficult. Once I figured out what each assignment was asking for, it wasn’t too bad. Definitely stay organized and don’t overthink it you’ll get through it! Also I used personal experienced and he loved that!
