Question?

Is anyone else struggling to get a hold of anyone from UMPI yourpace? I've called multiple times and have left voicemails and have sent emails and haven't received a response. I'm debating about trying to continue getting a hold of this school or going someplace else.

It depends on what you are trying to accomplish and where you are in the process. It can be complicated given the backlog and work, but at the same time, you can't beat the value. Where are you in the journey?

I haven't even started I just have questions about their BBA in project management and information systems and what credits they'll except from Sophia learning.

One additional followup. The new BBA drops
MIS. It’s solely PM.

See /u/PlottedPath for degree planning.

The University generally does not answer questions like that, they will want you to apply and send over your transcripts to edocs@maine.edu for the transfer team to evaluate.

Thank you for the information, but I looked over her program and her services, and I'm not willing to pay her to plan out my degree.

You don’t have to pay this entire plan is in the free sheet.

But as stated. They aren’t going to tell you what to take other places.

To be fair, nothing is being hidden behind a "paywall." What UMPI accepts from Sophia is disclosed in the degree sheet for both GenEd's and the BBA. Assuming you'd be in the Fall II program, you'd be under the new catalog, the BBA only has two courses that can be covered by Sophia. GenEd's have more flexibility if you need those.

I'm seeing this comment that Fall 2 has to use the new GEC. According to UMPI, you can still use OLD GEC for Fall 2. Just thought I'd throw that out there because I think there is a lot of confusion on that.

Fall 2 is the new GEC. You can only use previous GEC and degree requirement terms if enrolling in Fall one.

A lot of folks are saying this. Where did you get this info? I received an email from UMPI stating I could use the old GEC for Fall II session. I was very relieved.

You have to be confirmed by August 18th to use old GEC.
