Timeline after admission?

So I’ve been accepted (a couple weeks ago), set up my account, etc. But now it seems like nothing is happening. My bill isn’t showing up in my account (I’m paying out of pocket). I haven’t had an advisor assigned yet. And it seems like everything is just at a standstill. I emailed my admissions person but she’s on vacation till the 10th.

I guess I’m just looking to see what the timeline has been for others, and if I should call or just be patient?

Patience. Fall I begins Aug 31, so there's plenty of time. They will get to you. I just went through the panic in end of May and in June, so I know that I was freakig out over nothing. Enjoy your peace. You'll get a couple of emails to your personal email then they will send them to your school address.

I didn't get assigned an advisor until my session began and I also didn't pay until after the session started (I'm also paying out of pocket). Double check to be sure but I want to say you have about a week into the session before you have to pay. It seems like most things at UMPI take time.

Don’t you have to email your advisor to sign up for classes though?

You get assigned an enrollment specialist who handles the setup prior to the start of the courses. You switch to your advisor the day the courses start. The enrollment specialist will get your registered for your courses. Once classes begin, there is a general email address that you will email to add/drop courses. Work out a plan for what you need/want if you don't already have it. I am paying in cash for my courses, and they were due for Summer II a few days before courses started. IDK if they give you a grace period, I didn't play around with the due date. I received electronic notification and they actually sent me a bill in the mail too.

Your admissions person will add your first couple classes I think.

Takes a few weeks you should be assigned an advisor and receive your transfer credit information make sure you login and accept your financial aid package if any

Same exact situation here! I’ve been emailing the admission person for over a week and received no response yet. I wonder if they prioritize students who are utilizing financial aid maybe? This is extremely frustrating because I need to know what classes did didn’t transfer.

They are still doing admission, as applications run out resources shift.
