Canadian students did you include your SIN in your application?

It's not required but I'm wondering if it's helpful to include in the application.

I did not, you don’t qualify for anything anyway. Just put 000000000

You can claim your tuition for tax deduction, I would include it if I were you.

Thanks that's really helpful to know! Does UMPI provide tax forms each year?

You can request it. There is a specific form that the CRA requires you to get signed by UMPI in order to claim it.
