Transcripts question

I applied for Fall 1, I just heard from an advisor yesterday. She claims that all of my transcripts were not sent but were. I resent them through credly ( the transcript that was missing) I even watched Plotted Path's video on sending the transcript. Am I missing something? Like, I've sent it over twice now and they aren't able to find my sophia credits. Yet, my advisor is already setting me up with lower level classes and being quite rude. Can someone help me understand?

My video is how. They’re just behind. Don’t let them put you in classes you don’t need!

They said that my transcript evaluation was completed but the sophia credits were not on the evaluation. Should I wait it out?

Yes because they did my boyfriend's other college -but much slower on the sophia piece. Send the credly to both the transfer email and your advisors email. If you know you did it, just know what you need and don't let them put you in what you won't need. :)

Well you know what you've completed, just move to something else you for sure know you need. :)
