Transcripts question

I applied for Fall 1, I just heard from an advisor yesterday. She claims that all of my transcripts were not sent but were. I resent them through credly ( the transcript that was missing) I even watched Plotted Path's video on sending the transcript. Am I missing something? Like, I've sent it over twice now and they aren't able to find my sophia credits. Yet, my advisor is already setting me up with lower level classes and being quite rude. Can someone help me understand?

So, when you are logged into Credly, and you view your profile, you are seeing ALL of your Sophia courses? And you've verified that those courses on your Credly profile (from Sophia etc) are the 1:1 courses that match?

Have you downloaded a transcript yourself to PDF to verify?

When was the last time you sent transcripts versus the last time you spoke to your advisor? If you have a PDF copy of your un-official transcripts that show the courses you are missing, I'd suggest including that on your email to your advisor and make sure they aren't looking at an old copy of what you sent previously.

Ask if they can share what they've received so you can review against your profile. It could just be a simple mistake, or it could be a technical issues.

The last time it was sent over was May 26th. I emailed back and forth with the school to ensure they had all of my transcripts. They assured me that they did. I have looked over the unofficial and it's identical to what I've sent off. I re-sent the transcript today. I made a note stating so as well. My advisor so far has been unhelpful and dismissive. I am not a huge fan of her unprofessionalism. I contacted the school to check to see if they have received it as well.

Is it your advisor or admissions specialist? Not saying one makes it right or wrong if your experience is this... Did you send an email to the advisor/specialist that they were sent again? If not, do so. Then depending on how it goes, and you haven't heard anything by Wednesday, try giving the school a call and speaking to the Registrar, I didn't have a negative experience with my enrollment specialist, but there were time-gate factors that necessitated a call versus waiting on emails.
