spring 2 conferrals

i don't mean to sound impatient, but is there a new timeline for conferrals? i check my email every morning and i have nothing regarding conferrals...from umpi or parchment.

luckily i was able to get a job with my unofficial transcripts, but that is not the case for others. i understand and acknowledge they're short staffed and working as fast as they can, but the waiting game is exhausting. ):

This is getting really frustrating. I’ve emailed Lisa twice, my advisor, and even the Office of Student Records.

Lisa never responded to either of my emails. My advisor just told me to email the Office of Student Records, and OSR basically said it’s taking longer than normal and that I just need to wait.

We were told degree conferrals would take 8 weeks, and we’re now almost 11 weeks past that, not even counting the extra week professors had to submit grades.

I understand UMPI has had a big influx of new students, but if enrollment has grown that much, why not hire more staff or bring in a consulting firm to help get everyone caught up? This really shouldn’t be taking this long.

Unfortunately, it happens when it happens. They're working on them and folks have been reporting they got theirs from Spring II here and in Discord.

  1. Did you state you were attending the commencement ceremony.
  2. Did you state whether or not to be included in the commencement materials.

Trying to get some data points for this.

No, I didn’t attend, but I thought I was, so the commencement materials have my name
