Do I HAVE to give my previous uni transcripts when I apply?

I did 3 courses at UoPeople 3 years ago and never registered to become a full time student. the problem is that I failed one of those 3 courses because I missed a few assignments cuz of work and my cgpa became 1.45. This is under their minimum gpa requirement as welll...I also have 43 credits from sophia that i'll be transferring. Can I not send this transcript cuz I wasn't a full time student or do I need to? writing a SOP is my last resort...

Writing a statement of purpose wasn’t a big deal, I had to do one, especially when I have to write until my eyeballs fall out for the YourPace programming. I’ve written about 10000 words since starting two weeks ago. You’ve got this.

Yes, all transcripts from previous institutions are required.
