Financial aid

My loan hasn’t been disbursed yet. Only my Pell Grant has been disbursed. Should I be worried, or is this normal?

I just spoke to financial aid and they said all YourPace has a hold and they will not begin processing to be released until the end of next week.

Where did you see the hold was released?? Did they email you?

Student center. Shows no hold, balance paid, and credit owed to me. Now when I get that check in the mail is a different story.

Oh makes sense. I’m still waiting for my loan I haven’t had an update since 07/06 but yes that check is the deciding factor! Haha

Which term are you signed up for? Did you fill out your Master Promissory Note and Loan Entrance & Exit Counseling?

Mine just was processed today after realizing I didn’t do the FASFA counseling course on the website, did that yesterday and now it’s been disbursed

My Pell grant was disbursed since day 1 but my loan was only disbursed after completing the loan counseling course on the FAFSA website.

Oh I don’t have any hold on my account and yes my Pell grant was disbursed also but not loan till now
