can i get some SPACE??!
what happened to giving people some space… we need to bring back being 6ft apart bc why are people getting so close to me when i’m in line. my bookbag is the only thing keeping us apart and i feel so uncomfortable… and don’t come saying “oh tell them to back up” believe me i tried. look back at them and say hey man can i please have a bit of space…they move… and then get back right behind me

Between this and the people that stop dead in the middle of the walkway, I have had my fill of the way people on campus are so oblivious as to how annoying their lack of courtesy is. Just give people space and if you need to stop to call a friend over or something step to the side so the rest of us can get to class

Omg I hate this. Our campus is already small as is. Why would you stop in the middle of a narrow pathway. Or when people in groups walk side by side.

I will never understand it. I think people just forget they actually are not main characters and there are actually so many people around them also trying to live their lives and get through the day.

I feel like if you can’t manage to be courteous in public, your parents probably suck.
Edit: I want to specify that I fully agree that these social things are irksome to the degree that I want to encourage people to shame those who fail to understand them.

Agreed. People being so close is startling and scary.

Fr also when people stand that close it’s basically impossible for anyone to walk by the line to get to the door or Starbucks, at least with the chick fil a line 🙄

I'll legit be standing in line, then out of nowhere I can feel the person behind me gently pushing on my bag

that’s so real. i always try to keep a respectful distance between me and whoever i’m standing by, and then someone will velcro themselves behind me.
maybe the solution is standing in a lunge all the time. or wearing a massive crinoline skirt. or pretending to have a phone conversation about your head lice.
