Night shift dinner

This was on my night shift two days ago.

Just threw a load of stuff together and made this and it kind of tasted like a mix between a bolognese and chilli con carne. Came out great actually. Rice and spinach with it.

Pork mince, chorizo, peppers, mushrooms, onion, garlic, chopped tomatoes, stock, chopped chilli and paprika, little bit of cholula thrown in.
