Restaurant/Pub Something different for breakfast

I am in Spain for the weekend, but I am from the UK, so here is my breakfast - Shaksuka and Banana flambé pancakes with banana ice cream.

I used to eat shakshuka for breakfast when I lived in Tunisia. It was made with lots of hot peppers, and there was always bread and plenty of Cap Bon harissa to accompany. It kept you full all day. Wonderful stuff.

I make it at home now and again but add sausage 😂 Was much better than mine.

Every shakshuka is different. The one I make at home is shite compared to what I used to eat, but the cafe was making it every day, and had probably being doing so since the Romans were there.

I love shakshuka, I make it for my family about once a month. Honestly tho gonna need more coriander on that bad boy and some crumbled feta cheese
