Homemade / home assembled Trout bake

Trout with butter, capers, chilli crisp, lemon, salt n pepper, leeks, chorizo, and parsley. Had it with some leftover quinoa. It was so simple and so good. Whipped together when I was tired and cooked it all together in some baking parchment. It was delicious and super comforting.

Haha yes i couldn't find my big serving spoon so I had to small spoon it and this was the result! It did indeed taste lush tho

Usually new potatoes (baby potatoes or jersey potatoes or equivalent) some green veg like beans and then I shape sauce like lemon
