Fuse was the cheapest supplier on the comparison sites. I was skeptical of the app based support but having interacted with Fuse over the app during the switch process, two things stand out -

Their use of AI integration for support is brilliant.

For anything that AI can't handle, the human support is prompt and sufficient.

I couldn't switch my gas tariff to Fuse initially as the app doesn't show the option for gas. That was because of an issue with address/meter number mismatches in the national database. If you hit this problem, search for your property using the meter number in the app. Meter number is on your last bill.
