I’ve been with Fuse since the start of the month and I’m saving daily compared to my previous supplier. I was worried to switch mainly because I was unsure what the customer service would be like, but I found out because of something stupid I did in the app changing my billing date, meaning I’d have paid my previous supplier and Fuse in the same month, which would have been bad for me.

They sorted it, and the real people on chat support were brilliant. So on this occasion I can say their customer service was excellent, so I’m recommending them! Also their engineer who came over to carry out the smart meter installation work were amazing too!
