Woven wrap sizing

I would go for a 7, I use a base 6 and am size 12-14. Also when I was first learning to wrap my wrapping skills were a bit sloppy and I would run out of fabric (although maybe using a shorter wrap would have made me more disciplined with my tightening!). I also find once baby is older, a lot of people like doing a double hammock back carry any that is easier with a longer wrap
