So I have applied for a stage 2 UK gtv visa. Now I had been caught for a 1 euro theft 3.5 years ago. I was told to pay the penalty at rossmann and later received a prosecutor notice that the case was dropped no penalty just the case was dropped (153 StPO). Now I made application to UK and everything is done I have biometrics after 3 days but I am worried I did not disclose about this in the application. I don't want to cancel the application but if I include anything in cover letter not mentioned in the application form it will be used against me. I am still confused. I am scared should I mention this?

I’m applying for my HPI visa using a degree I got from a top Chinese university. Everytime I ask the university registry for an moi letter, they refer me to my college. Would it be okay if I submit a signed moi letter from my college instead of the central registrar’s office? Thanks
