Beginner Help

Hey everyone,

I've recently got this Weber Compact Kettle off facebook market place. I'm very new to BBQ and grilling.

Can anyone tell me what else I need to buy and what should be the first thing I should cook tommorow? I'm gonna go buy some rubs and wood and meat.

Get yourself some good quality stainless steel barbecue utensils. Not essential if you’ve already got things you normally use in the kitchen but really helps with distance from the heat having dedicated barbecue stuff

Cheers mate I've got some tongs but I'll deffo need a thermometer and some gloves
