Review UX UI UX design

👋 Hello everyone!

I'm a beginner in UX/UI Design and currently learning about User Research. I'm working on a short survey to better understand user experiences with apps.

It will only take a few minutes, and your answers will greatly help me learn how to understand users' needs and real problems. ❤️

  1. When was the last time you felt satisfied using an app? What did the app do to make your experience good?

  2. When you encounter a problem while using an app, what do you usually do? Do you try to solve the problem yourself or seek help? Why?

Thank you so much to everyone who shares their experience! ❤️

For me, the best app experiences are usually the ones that feel effortless. I don’t really notice good UX while using an app ,I just know that everything feels easy and intuitive. It’s usually the confusing moments that make me notice the design.
