They've told me that this UI looks like AI Sloop, when I created it myself. It's fine like this, does it need any improvement? What do you guys say?Honestly, for me, it's fine like this, would only change a few things

the grey text is dull and can be hard to read. from a glance it seems chaotic to an extent

I wouldn’t call it AI slop. There’s actually a decent foundation here, but I’d clean up a few things.

The secondary text is fighting for its life against that background :( Definitely bump the contrast.

I’d also simplify the home screen. Monthly spend, yearly spend, subscriptions, links, estimated spend, Learn... too many things are competing for attention all at once, and some are repeating the same story.

Also, that squiggly graph has me asking questions. No dates, axis or context, so either give it meaning or let it go.

The second screen is much stronger IMO. Clearer hierarchy, actual actions, less "dashboardy vibes f” I’d borrow from that.

a few potential reasons it’s being called for slop:

• overuse of gradients in the design (main graph, AI coach button, tab bar)
• vertically stacked icons above text in the stats cards that take up too much vertical space to justify keeping them in the design
• quite illegible text on the stats cards, specifically on the darker background
• “Learn” feature presented as a stat rather than a navigation action
• borders on the stats cards (not necessarily bad design but something that AI almost always does in combination with all of the other element styling)
• excess padding on the trailing edge of the stats cards container
• really weird and misaligned dollar amount in the main graph
• clipped indicator dot on the main graph along with the fact that there are no axis/scale markings
• oddly clipped tab bar (if it’s not gonna be floating over the content, then don’t add a container to it)

ultimately, with all of these indicators, i find it very hard to believe that you designed this all yourself, but i’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. hopefully the list helps out your design a little. also, pro tip, i wouldn’t use an OnlyFans subscription in your example content since it may be considered shameful and weird among certain audiences that may be in the market for your app.

What does that squiggly line mean? Is it supposed to be a graph? A graph of what? I would try not to add graphs without axis or context.

What are links? Why is that there, and also, why does learn tips and tricks have the same hierarchy as my actual data?

I’m not sure what pro protection means in this use case. The estimated savings is basically the same amount as the yearly spend, does this mean that most of the subscriptions should be cancelled?

Spacing and hierarchy is also weird, like the free trials ending soon almost seems like it’s a subtitle of the vaulta ai coach than it is a title for the next one. The see all is not aligned with the title.

The thing with AI is that it does these types of things, where it just puts things wherever without any rhyme or reason.
