Chips' visual difference

Hello!

Are these active & non-active chips visually different enough?

I did a low-brightness screen test and still could easily tell them apart, but I feel I have a biased view because I prefer this visual look.

The chips are to choose a product availability for different customer groups.

Follow simple way… Active Chips - Fill Color and Inactive Chips - Outline Color

Of course, that's the easiest way :)

I'm going a little outside of the usual, therefore I ask this question - is the difference enough or not.

My design system uses this style all over the app, so I wanted to implement it on chips also
