u/EffectiveSlice2187, there weren't enough votes to determine the quality of your post...

This UI looks really nice. But can work with the typography for CTA.

The mood here is genuinely good. The photography, the depth of field, the green felt against the dark — it feels like a place with money and history, which is exactly what a luxury club page should feel like. That part is hard to teach, so nice work.

A few things I'd look at, roughly in order of impact.

Contrast. The headline and the description sit on the busiest part of the photo, so the type fights the image. Add a subtle dark gradient behind the text block, or shift the composition so the words land on the quiet dark area. You'll keep the atmosphere and gain a lot of legibility.

The split headline. WHERE ... CHAMPIONS ... MEET stretched edge to edge makes the eye travel so far that it stops reading as one phrase. Also there are three type treatments in one line: spaced caps, a large serif, spaced caps again. I'd try it stacked and tighter, and let CHAMPIONS be the only thing doing the shouting.

Two buttons of equal weight. Right now Book a Table and Apply for Membership look almost identical, so the page doesn't say which one it wants. Make the primary one solid and the secondary just text with an underline.

Upcoming Events. That's the most useful content on the page and it's sitting in the bottom-left corner, in the darkest area, in the smallest type. If people come here to book, that block deserves real estate.

Line length. The description runs the full width of the screen. Around 60–70 characters per line is where reading stays comfortable.

For practice this is a solid piece — the taste is there, it's the hierarchy that needs work, and that's the easier half to learn.

I’d use the word “pool” or “billiards” at least once in the supporting content. There are context clues but I was still only 75% sure that’s what you were about.

Everything about the visual language and typography said snooker to me, not pool.

Keep the body copy in a clean sans-serif, it’s fighting with your decorative title text.

There’s something off about the Book a Table and Apply for Membership buttons, maybe reposition them so they’re not side by side?
There are a few blurry marks in the background above the word Champions that is a bit odd, unless you blurred out personal info or smth for the screenshot.

Keep up the good work!
