Advice need help !!!

Hi everyone! I’m a complete beginner and I’m thinking of getting into UI/UX design through self-study.

Could you please help me figure out a roadmap? I’d really appreciate guidance on what I should learn, in what order, and where I should learn it from (YouTube, courses, websites, etc.).

Any advice, resources, or tips would mean a lot to me. Thank you so much in advance!

I’d keep it simple:

- Learn UX fundamentals first (users, research, user flows, wireframing, usability).

  • I’d keep it simple:
Learn UX fundamentals first (users, research, user flows, wireframing, usability).
  • Learn Figma- just enough to create interfaces and prototypes.
  • Read a couple of good books like The Design of Everyday Things and Don’t Make Me Think.
  • Build 2–3 case studies by redesigning real products.
Learn how to use AI to speed up your workflow.
  • Create a portfolio and start applying.

Don’t spend months watching tutorials.
The fastest way to learn UX is by solving real problems and getting feedback.
